Andy McDonald has been a civil trial attorney since being admitted to practice law. He has focused exclusively in areas of insurance and commercial related litigation.

David Barnhill is a civil trial attorney who concentrates solely in the practice of first-party property insurance litigation, including bad faith. David exclusively represents homeowners, business owners, and other policyholders throughout the State of Florida.

A Tampa native, Sherry graduated in 2004 from Tulane Law School, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif. She is also a proud Florida State University alumnus.

Caroline was born in Baltimore, Maryland, but has spent most of her life in the Central Florida area. Caroline graduated from Stetson University College of Law, where she served as an Editor on the Stetson Law Review.

Beth Kadechka is a civil litigation attorney specializing in first-party property insurance litigation. Beth began her legal career in 2009 at a civil litigation defense firm in Tampa.

Ryan Gontrum grew up in Maryland, before moving to Florida to attend Stetson University College of Law. In addition to his law degree, Ryan has received a Masters in International Law, also from Stetson.

Kaley DeArmond is a Senior Paralegal at McDonald & Barnhill, P.A. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, she brings over 15 years of legal expertise to our firm. Kaley embarked on her legal journey at age 15 where she started out as a filing clerk at another first-party law firm.

Suzette has recently moved back to Tampa from North Carolina, where she spent the last five years.  She has extensive experience as a Certified Paralegal in insurance litigation, at both plaintiff and defense firms.

Talnys Hernandez moved from New York City to Tampa, Florida in 2005. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s in Business.

Julie Canton has been a Florida Registered Paralegal since 2003. Prior to joining McDonald & Barnhill, she spent 15 years as a Litigation Paralegal primarily handling Medical Malpractice & Nursing Home Abuse cases in Tampa and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Mary Arlene Davis is an invaluable member of the McDonald & Barnhill, P.A. legal team, bringing dedication and diligence to her role as a legal assistant.

Nicole Galluccio is a dedicated and highly skilled Legal Assistant at McDonald & Barnhill, P.A., often being the friendly voice that greets you when you call the office.
