Beth Kadechka
Beth Kadechka is a civil litigation attorney specializing in first-party property insurance litigation. Beth began her legal career in 2009 at a civil litigation defense firm in Tampa. After 6 years at that firm, Beth moved to the UK and practiced immigration law for 2 years before relocating back to Florida, where she has been solely been representing insureds and policy holders in civil litigation.
Beth graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2009, cum laude. She was a recipient of the Priscilla A. and Lawrence C. Adams Scholarship and was a member of Phi Delta Phi International Honors Fraternity. Additionally, Beth served as a federal judicial intern for
the Honorable Elizabeth Kovachevich, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
Beth currently resides in the Tampa Bay area with her husband and two children. Beth enjoys travelling, reading, and being active in her children’s school and sports’ communities.
